Breakfast smoothie milk, yoghurt and frozen berries ...different, merely ok. Coffee

Snack water and walnuts

Lunch tomato and turkey sammich, walnuts and carrots with hummus. Water to drink

Dinner chick breast on pasta, water to drink

Ran 6k after work- been enjoying the weather this January, simply awesome, a blessing, man. Fo real.

Cjecked out taptuo burlington tonight- almost done. Its going to be helpful to reach my goals, dude.
